Airborne all the Way!..

After a tumultuous,gut wrenching,never stopping anal retention and cortisol inducing 2 weeks,my immediate future has been decided;I'm going for the airborne selection in 2 days' time in HQ NCC and hopefully go through to the actual airborne course.A lot of credit has to go to my careperson in Temasek Poly,he did everything in his power to make sure i got the green light from the school to let me go.I guess my disappointed face last year on his rejection to let me go for the 185 BAC stuck with him.Another bonus was that my mid-sem tests would not be forfeited,unlike previously feared.Had the mid-sems be forfeited,I could have said goodbye to passing my exams and take supplementary papers.Fhew!

All this is just the break I need in life.I know Ain may not be happy with me being away for 3 whole weeks,but i know,deep in her heart,she's supporting me.I can literally hear her say,"jia Yoh!".hahaha

I plan to buy Ain,my careperson,my business school director,my course manager an airborne singlet each,to thank them personally for what they have done for me.When my careperson said "I know you have to go through 2 stringent tests to go to airborne.So i and the other lecturers hope you get in so that our efforts would not be in vain",I was so moved and by then I so determined to go no matter what it takes,just so that I would not disappoint and fail them.It would be an insult to all their efforts..

All I want is to spend time with Ain and my friends with the time I have left before I leave.

By 28th of June,I want my parents and Ain to be there to adorn me my Airborne wing..
